 After spending three years honing her craft in France, Paige Smith brings a deep respect for traditional European baking to every creation. Now specializing in gluten-free pastry, she merges classic techniques with modern dietary needs—proving that gluten-free can be just as indulgent and delicious.

  We specialize in artisan-style baked goods made from scratch — including our own signature gluten-free flour blends.
